I did come across the 6B work. As acknowledged this only identified the main EPR, locally we have a number of EPRs for different parts of the organisation and I couldn’t really say which one is our ‘main’. Then we have multiple other systems, messaging / workflow, pharmacy, radiology, risk and so on. So this is an attempt to get a whole system view and then later map onto it what flows where and how, however as I have already experienced the FOI approach isn’t going to ever get full coverage. but give it a whirl and see how far we get eh!
Some returns have declined because they don’t have a log of their own systems and it would take too much time to compile one, which highlights how blind we are. Would be better if this was something driven and held by the centre.
