Odonto Video Prototype #1 (Referals)
For the Past few months the Odonto Core team plus friend have been researching user needs with community dental teams within 4 NHS trusts.
One of the many user needs we discovered the current need for the dental team in community dentistry (dentist/dental nurse/admin staff) to spend lots of time on processing referrals. Dentists and nurses felt frustrated as this took them away from providing chairside dental care.
We produced this video prototype as a way to show the problem space and also a solution. Producing the video prototype has allowed us to represent what a solution might be and get high quality feedback from a wider range of users.
Over the coming months we aim to produce one for chairside data capture…so watch this space!
