Does anyone have examples they would be able to share?
Not fussed if they are radiology or laboratory reports.
Ideally, OBX would be LOINC coded but local codes is fine.

It was quite simple to convert that guide into FHIR and then see where both would relate to XDS and DICOM. Want to see if the same applies to laboratory reports (to FHIR and maybe XDS)
