GP Connect - Extension - Encounter-Reference

This has been documented as an extension with value of type Encounter (which isn’t a FHIR primitive). I think the intent is a valueReference of type Reference(Encounter)

@dunmail yes you are correct - this is a bug in our tooling. It will be addressed in our next tooling sprint which will be in place before the next release.
