This meeting is intended for all those with an interest in understanding how to make the most of population health, which presents the opportunity for analysts and clinicians to work together use their expertise to support patient care. The day is focussed on the delivery of population health in practice and is designed to be of interest to both Data Analysts and Primary Care clinicians and other health informatics professionals, especially if they are involved in Primary Care Networks. It will also examine the considerable progress which is being made to develop a professional Health and Care Informatics workforce. This conference is able to be provided without a charge to delegates due to sponsorship by the British Computer Society Primary Health Care Specialist Group (BCS PHCSG) and the Association of Professional Healthcare Analysts (AphA) and is supported by Institute of coding, Newcastle University.
