How Clinicians Think - with Dave Pao

Dave Pao is a a clinician who works in Sexual Health and HIV, and from his bad first experiences of using EHRs he’s been on a mission to improve the user experience of EHRs for clinicians. He’s recently completed his PhD at the Royal College of Art, studying the design of clinical user interfaces and how they can better support clinicians in their work. In this episode we talk about the history of EHRs, why they are so bad, and how we can make them better.
