Is this a big task 
I’m looking at the GP to Pharmacy application (as receiver) and it’s not looking that big. It appears to be mostly around the technical interface and on some I’ve worked on in the past go deep in application behaviour (and this can take time).
It just seems to be around moving the referral from A to B, doesn’t cover workflow like eRS and that’s it.
