Working for a small start-up with the usual limits on budget and time...
Any pointers/references about how to send notification from a self-management app into a GP system. Do we need to go through the full IM1 pairing process even though we have limited requirements? Does NHS FHIR enable this yet?

Do you mean a notification or something more like a task?

You could use these API's https://developer.nhs.uk/apis/gpconnect-messaging-1-3/sendtask.html
or the document section on the same site.

I'm currently working with a supplier who are sending structured data into a EMIS practice direct (no IM1 or GP Connect).
