Does anyone have examples they would be able to share?

Not fussed if they are radiology or laboratory reports.
Ideally, OBX would be LOINC coded but local codes is fine.

Have found a guide to radiology reports which has been very useful. [https://www.rcr.ac.uk/media/wwtp2mif/rcr-publications\_radiology-reporting-networks-understanding-the-technical-options\_march-2022.pdf](https://www.rcr.ac.uk/media/wwtp2mif/rcr-publications_radiology-reporting-networks-understanding-the-technical-options_march-2022.pdf)

Thanks in advance
It was quite simple to convert that guide into FHIR and then see where both would relate to XDS and DICOM. Want to see if the same applies to laboratory reports (to FHIR and maybe XDS)

This is an extract of what I’ve done in radiology - hoping I can share officially at some point
