Just created a Dstu2 FHIR HAPI Server config example. We're using this for a test server to hold example FHIR resources from NHS Digital. https://github.com/KevinMayfield/Jorvik/tree/master/hapi-fhir-jpaserverDstu2
In the process of creating a FHIR facade (inc swagger UI) which simulates NHS Digital - will release that (if possible).

It doesn't include the terminology server configuration which is in Stu3 version ( https://github.com/KevinMayfield/Jorvik/tree/master/hapi-fhir-jpaserver )
