The National Ambulance Service (NAS) will in the coming weeks be in a position to used ruggedized Toughbook’s to begin capturing the first Electronic Health Records (EHR’s). Although I have undertaken work relating to Infection Control and management of the Panasonic Toughbook’s that will be used in the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Domain, there is always room for improvement. I would be grateful f anyone can point me in the direction of any research, publication, policy or guideline that they wish to recommend that will assist me in completing a PPPG that is currently at version 4. All recommendation are very welcome. Thank you all in advance. They have had EHRs deployed for a number of years and may be able to point you to useful information.
