# Delivering numeric results directly into Cerner Millenium/Epic EPR

Can anyone shed some light on the possibility of delivering coded numeric readings into these systems? We have a product running in the cloud which generates patient vital readings, which we want to deliver straight into the EPR. I have heard we might be able to deliver these results into the ordercomms systems, as if they have come straight from a lab? If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

It is probably a supplier specific version of **HL7v2 ORU_R01 Unsolicited transmission of an observation message**

In a NHS Hospital you will normally go via a Trust Integration Engine (bypassing the OrderComms system) but in theory you may be able to go directly to Cerner/Epic.
